Running a business requires many skills and a partner who can manage the details, while the owner builds the business and delivers quality service.

A new small business owner was frustrated with the time it was taking to get her business up and running. She was concerned she was spending too much time with all the little tasks she felt were not core to her business. That’s when she engaged Clarity SB.

She asked us if we could manage all the details and paperwork like registering her business, setting up her telephone system, negotiating insurance rates, setting up and managing her CRM, establishing an email newsletter and yes, even managing her accounting and bookkeeping. While she had found she could find an expert in one or two of these tasks, she couldn’t find one firm to manage all these details so she could simply focus on her business strategy, building her business and delivering excellent customer care. Looking for firms to fill each of these tasks was taking more time and costing her money. Complicating matters she had tried to hire an administrative support person, but she found the person she hired didn’t have experience in most of these areas and wasn’t productive in producing the right outcomes. She was inexpensive but not effective and worst yet, made some decisions that cost more than her salary.

That’s why she was so happy when she found one firm that could do all of these tasks and had experience in running small businesses. We helped her get the answers, make good decisions, and then where able to make those decisions a reality. We took the burden of paperwork, removed the tasks from her to do list. So she could grow her business and do the things she enjoyed.
